A little bit of the paper that's been added to the shop so far this week, and some suggestions of how to use them in your work.
Vintage Long Green Flashcards: I really like the shape and color of these flashcards. I might cluster together one of these flashcards, a favorite photo, and a small art print for an interesting vignette. Use some washi tape to hang them on your wall and you can easily switch out your little collection of fun art.
Vintage Blue Game Cards: I use game cards as the covers for mini albums all the time. Simply gather and cut your papers down to size. Hole punch them all and add binder rings.
Vintage Number Cards #1 - 15: I have a set of these cards set aside to possibly use as table numbers at my wedding this summer. If you're not planning a wedding, you could also use them in a scrapbook where you are counting something - reasons you love your partner or top goals for the year. Add one to each page and include that reason or goal next to it.
Office Paper Pack, Second Edition: This paper pack is perfect for the creating the mini mixed paper journals I shared earlier. I actually used the same timecard and many of the papers in this pack when putting mine together.
Vintage Price Tag Collection: If you do collage or mixed media work, these price tags would be fun additions to your work. I used several of these same price tags in my "Personal Style" Collage Inspired Scrapbook.
Receipts & Forms Paper Pack: I'm not participating in Project Life this year, but I think these receipts would look great trimmed down and tucked into your pockets. Plus there is plenty of space to jot down notes and memories.
Vintage Additon & Subtraction Flashcards: Hole punch each top corner and attach several together with baker's twine or thin fabric stripes to make a garland. You can use all of the same flashcards, or mix it up with several different kinds. Fun to put in a child's room, use as party decor, or hang across your window.
Feel free to leave links to your own paper projects. I'd love to check out what you've been making with paper lately!
